The Omnipotence of God

Reinarto Hadipriono, 08.06.2003 04:48

Summary
The fact that almost all religions believe that nothing, not even a single space or a single entity, is capable of restricting God’s existence is an obvious indication that sub-atomic particles are part of God.

CRY, SOUTHERN CAMEROONS/AMBAZONIA. (2)

Esimoyamboka,/ Justice M.Mbuh , 13.02.2003 14:14

1. The mail below could not have been more timely--coming just in time to counter the claims of some recruits by Cameroun to attempt countering the tides of this
peaceful struggle; coming just at a time when the desks of Cameroun's Prime Minister, Foreign Minister and Secretary General at the Cameroun Presidency
at Etudi, Yaounde is full of international legal suits demanding reparations and followed by swift withdrawal from Ambazonia (Southern Cameroons), (or the monthly bill for continuous illegal occupation and continuous aggression to every Ambazonian national mounts!) should not wonder why these attacks are coming in their distorted picture and intent.
2. It is true that colonialism in a sense; deprived the colonized of both their past and their future. They are brainwashed to believe that they have had no past worth bothering about. Whereas they have no hope for a better tomorrow in their colonized country; especially when a country like France, which has no moral fabric, is concern. Systematical brainwashing is obvious with the French. They do all to make you believe that their language and values are the best. You have to speak and behave like them.

SCNC HAS NO MANDATE TO FIGHT FOR ANGLOPHONES?

Justice M.Mbuh/ Edwin Nngang/ "Amos Banda", 12.02.2003 20:59

1.Firstly, I would start by demanding that if anyone knows the fake AMOS BANDA who was foolish enough to sign his name on two different mails as JOEL KANGA
and as EKONDEM JULUIS, please kindly hand over his names to us via e-mail or if you have any Youth League Official nearest you, please give them the name
of the individual....

2.THIS IS WHAT AMBAZONIANS CALL -- confusion! SOMETHING
WHICH IS ALWAYS THERE AND WOULD NEVER GO ALWAYS SINCE
IT IS EMBEDDED IN THE SCNC SYSTEM!..which is WHY the
SCNC-based organization will always be so vulnerable!

3.The SCNC’s so-called leadership is mainly a group of
> mostly retired Cameroonians who have taken it upon
> themselves to become troublemakers as a new and
> romantic profession. These mostly retired
> individuals who call themselves members of the SCNC are mostly
> Anglophones who..........

4.MOST ANGLOPHONES SUPPORT THE UNITY OF CAMEROON
> It is this common will and collective spirit that in 1961 caused the overwhelming majority of Anglophone Cameroonians to vote massively in favour of a united Cameroon by a score of 233,571 for unity as against 97,741.

Resentment Still Deep in Igboland

NIGERIA TODAY ONLINE MONDAY 10 FEBRUARY 2003 , 10.02.2003 13:41

Resentment Still Deep in Igboland
Nigeria's break-away republic of Biafra has long been a political corpse, but the vultures that circle the skies over its commercial center of Aba are drawn by carrion of another kind..........
The 30-month Biafran war, which killed up to 1 million people as secessionists sought to carve an independent republic from Nigeria's oil-rich southeast, ended in 1970. But resentment still runs deep in this bustling city, the heart of the former rebel enclave. "There is no good road here, no water, no lights," said one young man......
Local people say they have seen little benefit from the oil dollars that flow from the adjoining Niger Delta region into the coffers of Nigeria, a major OPEC producer. "You can see the state of our roads and the dilapidated infrastructure and the high level of poverty here. We are not seeing the oil money," said U.J. Ama Mba, who works for a local poverty reduction program. Major oil companies such as Shell point to a number of community and other projects they sponsor, ranging from immunization drives to AIDS awareness programs.

TALIBANIZATION OF NIGERIA?

Immanuel TatahMentan , 10.02.2003 03:06

We, the Igbo people have suffered many pogroms in the
past. We are the survivors of the most brutal
genocidal massacres ever unleashed in Africa, south of
the Sahara. We have paid an immense prize at the hands
of Moslem radicals who consider the Igbo nation as the
most despicable of infidels outside of the Republic of
Israel. In the past 50 years, more than 5 million Igbo
people have died in pogroms, wars and massacres
designed to “teach the Igbo a lesson”. For our rich
Judea-Christian and democratic values, many Moslems
regard us Igbo as little better than vermin, worthy of
the most brutal treatment.

Re: Africa: Mandela & Africa on Iraq

Justice M. Mbuh/Africa Action Front, 08.02.2003 13:51

[["Perhaps there can be no such authority on foresight than Mandela himself who as far back as 1961 when others were blind to see it all declared; "No
power on earth can stop an oppressed people determined to win their freedom." His foresight and deep-seated resolve together with that of millions of other compatriots saw South African black people through the tyranny of apartheid, notwithstanding his exceptional singular sacrifice of 27 years in prison. Bush
can certainly ignore rhetoric from Iraq and North Korea to his own chosen war-path but he can only ignore this exceptional moral challenge from Mandela
at his own moral peril and consequent political decline."--Issa Aremu]]

And may I ask who made Africans the Moral Challengers of the Global Realism? Does not the fact that failing to reflect this moral lesson on Africa itself is what has ruined Africa and made her the bread basket
of most western nations but yet the laughing stock of the world? Preaching Global Morals is one thing, reflecting it on our own very problematic continent is totally another. Prove me wrong, I beg!

Open Letter to President Paul Biya / What do

Justice M.Mbuh/SCNC/SCAPO, 06.02.2003 01:13

Overall, this posting (by SCNC/SCAPO)is a major effort worth applauding. The mere fact that certain legal parameters have been errected against Cameroun calls once again for the International Community to take this matter seriously before it escalates into armed conflict.

However, APEC wish to make the following corrections and hope that those who authored this document should consult with others before making such releases to the public,to say the least to the International Organizations. Remember "Perception is stronger than Reality" holds true especially in international politics. When international organizations percieve us a confused people who can hardly see through the logic of their own demise they only have to treat us as such--ignore our efforts as either prematuire or totally
lacking in direction.

Ambazonia - Cameroun Boundary Treaty

Justice Muluh Mbuh, 20.10.2002 06:20

bashhead THE ICJ's OCTOBER 10 2002 DECISION ON THE EIGHT YEAR OLD BAKASSI PROCEEDING CLAIMED TO HAVE USED THE 1917 INSTRUMENTS OF THE LAW SUCH AS THE ONE BELOW. PROBLEM IS THAT ICJ FAILED TO CITE "ALL THE LAWS THAT APLIED" CONFIRMING WHAT THE SCHOOL OF "POSITIVE LAWS" FEARED ALL ALONG THAT TODAY's INTERPRETATION OF INTENATIONAL LAW HAS SWUNG INTO THE STRICT LAND OF "RIGHTS LAWS". BELOW's "Exchange of Notes between His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom and the French Government respecting the Boundary between British and French Cameroons" EXPLAINS ONE ASPECT OF DEFINING THE STATE OF AMBAZONIA----THE PRINCIPLE OF TERRITORIALITY

Emancipation Petition Letter No. 1--- HMG

Edwin Ngang [for the ALLIANCE], 06.10.2002 02:12

The EMANCIPATION PETITION PROGRAM: It is all about re-engaging POWER back to the people since we have none at this moment and need it if we are to ever succeed! When the logic of "reality" and the "facts" on the ground all confluenced at one point, exploit that point as a LASER BEAM focused for maximum effect. It is an undisputed fact that the UNITED KINGDOM has not only the "obligation" as the UN Administrator of this United Nations Trust Territory of the British Southern Cameroons, but also the "responsibility" as one of the permanent member of the UN Security Council, to see that JUSTICE finally comes to the people of Ambazonia. That this has not yet happened today and continues to be denied by the UN and ICJ even as the British Government prepares to go to war over the IRAQI issue of violation of another UN Resolutions, is grounds for the people of AMBAZONIA to invoke their ultimate rights to survival in the principle of 'NECESSITY DEFENSE'. But before conflict occurs {[which it will if justice does not come on the same principle as that affecting IRAQ -- implementing all UNITED NATIONS LAWS and RESOLUTIONS affecting the Southern Cameroons]}, let the EMANCIPATIONIST FORCES at least consolidate their forces under the SOVEREIGNTY PLATFORM OF THE AMBAZONIAN NATIONALISM and clearly define their problem and the ONLY solution to this problem for the world to know it and also that they gave peace a chance. This is a good hing since this is currently being done by the AMBAZONIAN CONCEPT which began since 1984 and now spearheaded by the AMBAZONIAN PEOPLES EMANCIPATRION COUNCIL [APEC]. APEC has been calling upon the United Kingdom to bring peace and justice now by recognizing the Republic of Ambazonia. It is being transmitted to the British Government by means of public demonstrations [the EMANCIPATION PETITION DEMONSTRATION {EPD}] and its accompnaying letters, called as the [EMANCIPATION PETITION LETTERS {EPL}]. So far there have been three EPL and four EPD.

The TWO ALTERNATIVES & Un Res. 1608 (xv) GAO

Jutice Muluh Mbuh [analysis], 06.10.2002 01:04

Mr. Ian MaCleod, Sec of the Colonies narrating the content of the TWO ALTERNATIVES which UN RES 1608 [xv] was supposed to implement. quote begins
pg 14.. " The Secretary of State had noted that the
Premier (Foncha) of the Southern Cameroons had
ascertained from the President of the Cameroun
Republic that a Federal form of constitution would be
acceptable. The following interpretation was proposed
as being consistent with the second question, it being
understood that the association of the United Nations
with the post plebsicite conference mentioned in the
text below would be subject to its agreement:
--'A vote for attaining independence by joining the
Republic of Cameroon would mean that by an early date
to be decided by the United Nations after consultation
with the Governments of the Southern Cameroons and the
Cameroon Republic and the United Kingdom as
Administering Authority, the Southern Cameroons and
the Cameroon Republic would unite as a Federal United
Cameroun Republic. The arrangements would be worked
out after the plebiscite by a conference consisting of
representatives delegations of EQUAL STATUS from the
Republic and the Southern Cameroons, The United
Nations and the United Kingdom would also be
associated with this conference. [----last sentense skipped----]
